Fixtech Technical Services LLC is a Dubai-based,  engineering-led HVAC and MEP contracting company.  We deliver the systems that make buildings work, climate  control, water networks, power distribution and smart  building technology, installed, commissioned and  maintained by one accountable team. Dubai’s environment is unforgiving to building systems.  Extreme summer heat, high humidity, fine airborne dust  and increasingly complex modern architecture place  relentless strain on HVAC plants, electrical networks and  water infrastructure. Yet for years, property owners,  fit-out contractors and facility managers have been forced  to juggle three or four separate subcontractors just to  keep a single building running, with the communication  gaps, blame-shifting and coordination failures that  fragmentation always brings. Fixtech was founded to eliminate that friction. We operate  a true “under one roof” model across HVAC, plumbing,  electrical and ELV systems: one contract, one site team,  one point of accountability. Because the same company  installs the AC plant, wires its power supply, runs its  condensate drainage and integrates its controls, our  systems don’t just operate independently, they work  together, from day one. We are an engineering-led contractor. Our projects begin  with proper heat-load calculations, hydraulic design and  coordinated drawings, not rules of thumb, and our  leadership brings more than a decade of experience in  Dubai’s design and construction industry. We read  drawings the way the consultant intended, we resolve  coordination clashes before they reach site, and we install  what we genuinely understand.
